Job Title: Fitness Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Leader to join our team at British Swim School Brampton.

Job Summary:

The Fitness Leader will be responsible for leading fitness programs and activities for our clients. This is a temporary position with a 30-hour workweek and will require the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead fitness programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels.
  • Assist with the planning and implementation of fitness activities and events.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for clients.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fitness programming.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
