Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer - Material Handler to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials as needed. Additionally, they will erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.

They will also mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Furthermore, the candidate will clean and pile salvaged materials, perform routine maintenance work, and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.

In addition, they will remove rubble and other debris at construction sites and tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.

This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek and English as the primary language of communication.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $55,000-$60,000 based on industry standards and location.

Requirements

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required; however, the candidate must be willing to train and learn new skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role and possess strong physical stamina due to the demands of the job.
