The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in the areas of consumer credit and retail banking.

The Product Manager will be responsible for product definition and strategy, working in partnership with cross-BU product leaders on a shared platform. Strong partnership and experience with marketing are required to support digital enablement and go-to-market functions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead product development, launch and lifecycle management processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, marketing and product teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management for D2C and/or B2B2C.
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience within financial services, preferably with exposure to retail customers and credit.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable leveraging large amounts of data to drive decisions.
