Job Summary:
Belcan is seeking a skilled Senior Installation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
* Ensure that projects are compliant with contracts, system requirements, and local electrical regulations
* Design and instruct subcontractor designers to route cables within technical rooms and along track systems
* Manage and resolve technical interfaces between engineering installation works and technological systems/subsystems
* Apply quality procedures for document emissions at every stage of design
* Interface with civil designers to ensure integrated designs can be implemented
* Identify critical issues in project development, especially during interfaces, and propose mitigation actions
* Represent the installation engineering team and support design choices with stakeholders

Requirements:
* Electrical Engineering University Degree or Equivalent Technical Background
* 5-10 years of experience in electrical works in the railway engineering context
* Experience in construction and installation design
* Additional expertise in railway contexts is a plus
* Previous experience in construction is a plus

Operative Competencies:
* Ability to identify, understand, and overcome installation challenges when developing design
* Familiarity with Requirement Traceability Matrix and Interface Registers tools
* Attention to detail and deadlines
* Self-motivated
* Ability to adapt well to change in direction and priorities
* Ability to work in a project and deadline-oriented environment
* Ability to stay organized and maintain project records
* Team player
* Proficient use of Revit, Aconex, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
