About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Scheduler to join our team at Kiewit Nuclear Solutions. As a Senior Scheduler, you will be responsible for providing detailed planning and scheduling of projects from conceptual planning through detailed design, construction, and start-up operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, designers, procurement staff, construction managers, contractors, and other project services staff to develop and maintain achievable resource-loaded logic-driven schedules.
  • Analyze available manpower and resources, commodity charts, trends, schedule variations, schedule performance, and schedule forecast.
  • Implement change controls process as needed.
  • Apply knowledge of engineering, procurement, and construction terminology and concepts to develop and maintain critical path logic networks.
  • Provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult project control problems.
  • Interface with clients and attend regular meetings to give schedule health status.
  • Complete all work in compliance with site-specific certified Earned Value Management System.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of construction scheduling experience.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Primavera P6.
  • Previous Earned Value Management System experience.
  • Ability to complete work tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Skilled at presenting schedule briefings to senior leaders.
  • Proficiency in various project controls software such as Primavera, Microsoft Project, Smart Sheet, and Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or technical training and related experience.
