Job Description
  • Assist with the installation and maintenance of landscapes, including gardening and turf management.
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to ensure optimal growth and appearance.
  • Cut grass using commercial mowing equipment.
  • Rake and collect refuse to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Remove litter and garbage to prevent environmental damage.
  • Operate machinery such as trucks and tractors to transport materials and equipment.
  • Lay sod or seed to repair damaged areas.
  • Plant bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance landscape aesthetics.
  • Apply fertilizers to promote healthy plant growth.
  • Dig cemetery graves with precision and care.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to ensure efficient operations.
  • Write daily progress reports to track tasks and achievements.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and gardens to maintain their health and appearance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant training and experience are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing weather conditions and project priorities.
