Job Summary
Mainstreet Equity Corporation is a distinguished real estate company seeking a skilled plumber to join its maintenance team. The ideal candidate will possess a journeyman plumber ticket, gas ticket, and experience in service plumbing and boiler systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform service plumbing duties, including installing, repairing, and maintaining domestic/residential plumbing systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on boiler systems to extend their lifecycle and reduce costs.
- Adhere to building codes and specifications, and ensure strong working knowledge of boiler systems, hot water tanks, furnaces, MUA, pumps, etc.
Requirements
- Must have a Journeyman Plumber ticket and Gas ticket.
- Working experience in service plumbing and boiler systems/HWT/furnace.
- Experience in multi-family residential buildings is an asset.
- Must have own tools and a valid driver's license.
- Must successfully complete a security clearance.
