We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) professional to join our team as a Director, ERM Integration Lead. In this role, you will play a key part in the integration of recent acquisitions, working closely with senior leaders to ensure that risk management practices and approaches are aligned across the organization.
About the Role- You will be responsible for defining the approach for performing gap assessments of risk management practices between recent acquisitions and Mastercard.
- You will implement the Enterprise Risk and Technology Risk integration workplans, engaging with key stakeholders from Mastercard and acquired entities teams, conducting gap analyses on existing processes and policies, and creating plans to address identified areas of improvement.
- You will collaborate with the recent acquisitions and Mastercard integration teams to manage and execute mitigants defined during due diligence or others identified during integration.
- Alignment of Risk Management Practices: Define approach for performing gap assessment of risk management practices between recent acquisitions and Mastercard, Implement the Enterprise Risk and Technology Risk integration workplans.
- Program Management and Integration Coordination: Develop and execute a granular integration plan for ERM, Engage with key stakeholders within ERM and the broader MA Risk organization.
