We are seeking a skilled Gas Fitter-Installer to join our team at Castle Plumbing and Heating (Sudbury) Ltd. As a Gas Fitter-Installer, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing gas heating units and their components in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install gas heating units and their components in commercial and residential settings.
  • Measure and mark reference points for the installation of gas lines and equipment.
  • Service and repair gas heating units and their components.
  • Advise clients on standards, safety features, and maintenance of gas units and systems.
  • Supervise other workers and instruct apprentices.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for installations.
  • Test and replace defective equipment or components.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in the field.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Gas Fitter Trade Certification, Gas Fitter Certificate - Level 1 or A, and Gas Fitter Certificate - Level 2 or B.
  • Valid driver's licence and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
