Lead the DevOps Revolution

We seek a Director, DevOps to bridge the gap between development and operations, ensuring high-quality software delivery at speed while maintaining reliability, scalability, and security. As a leader, you will mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing DevOps team
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and incident management practices
  • Integrate security practices into the development pipeline
  • Optimize the CI/CD pipeline to minimize time from code commit to production
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a DevOps leadership role
  • Expertise in monitoring, logging, and alerting tools
  • Networking knowledge (e.g., DNS, routing, firewall configuration)
  • Programming language skills (e.g., Python, Go, Rust, Ruby)
  • Working experience with containers, Docker, and Kubernetes
