HR Coordinator

Martinrea International Inc. is a leading global automotive supplier seeking a highly skilled HR Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a vital role in supporting the administration of HR systems, communicating policies and procedures, and providing exceptional support to our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, including communication of policies and procedures and updating HR systems accurately.
- Assist the HR Manager with daily operations, including system maintenance, employee relations, immigration and global mobility matters, recruitment, and performance management.
- Coordinate the Martinrea Orientation Model for all temporary and full-time employees, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Update employee and department training records in HR systems, and maintain accurate employee files.
- Identify and implement improvements for the HR department to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Completion of or in process of obtaining a Diploma in Human Resources Management.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
- Fluent in Spanish (oral and written) considered an asset.
