Job Summary: KWIK SIGNS is seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team. As a Welder Specialist, you will be responsible for operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret welding process specifications and read blueprints, drawings, and manuals to ensure accurate fabrication.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, including robotic welding production lines.
  • Examine welds to ensure they meet standards and specifications.
  • Fit, braze, and torch-straighten metal to meet customer requirements.
  • Operate hoisting and lifting equipment to move heavy loads.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Physically demanding with handling heavy loads.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail required.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in welding or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
