Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and preferences
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to help customers achieve their goals
  • Provide expert advice on investment and savings strategies, as well as banking and financial products
  • Nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing financial well-being
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, including investments, savings, and banking
  • Mutual Funds license and working towards the CIFP Diploma
