Job Title: Landscape Worker

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Landscape Worker to join our team at 2448149 Ontario Ltd. As a key member of our landscape maintenance team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, and performing various other tasks related to landscape maintenance.

Work Environment

Our team works outdoors in a variety of settings, including urban areas and private residences. You will be exposed to wet/damp, noisy, dusty, and hot conditions, and will be required to work at a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including cutting grass, raking and collecting refuse, and removing litter and garbage.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including pick-up trucks, small engine equipment, and tractor mowers.
  • Repair and maintain equipment as needed.
  • Write daily basic progress reports.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
