Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Farm Worker to join our team at Northern Canna Incorporated. As a key member of our farm operations, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our crops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain greenhouses to ensure optimal growing conditions
  • Assist with harvesting and seedling care to ensure high-quality crops
  • Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery to support crop growth and harvesting
  • Monitor and maintain water lines, air flow, and temperature in barns to ensure optimal growing conditions
  • Perform other tasks as required to support farm operations
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively
