Senior Oracle EBS HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

S.i. Systems is seeking a Senior Oracle EBS HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to design, develop, test, and implement solutions.

6 month contract to start. Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, test, and implement solutions within the Oracle EBS environment;
  2. Provide technical support for Oracle EBS modules, troubleshoot issues, and implement resolutions;
  3. Customize and extend Oracle EBS applications to meet business needs;
  4. Conduct system analysis and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality;
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver high-quality solutions;
  6. Design, develop, test, implement and support any process integration in/out of Oracle EBS with other applications;
  7. Implement and maintain any additional applications required for the human capital management domain;
  8. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Complete various operational initiatives related to HR processes such as improvement of new hire onboarding process, enhance HR integration with Marine Learning System (MLS), and production support of Oracle EBS and other HR related applications.
