About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and organized Family Caregiver and Household Manager to join our team at the Perez Family. This is a permanent, 30-hour per week position that requires someone with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full-time care and supervision to our children, as well as managing household duties and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

This role involves a range of tasks including discipline, education, health monitoring, and social development. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with special needs, particularly those with ADHD or ADD.

Additionally, you will need to maintain accurate records of daily activities and health information, and be able to travel with us on trips and assist with child supervision and housekeeping duties.

We require a reliable and organized individual with excellent time management skills, who can work efficiently in a physically demanding environment. You must also be comfortable with repetitive tasks and be able to make sound judgments in high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full-time care and supervision to our children

  • Discipline, educate, and promote the social development of our children

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. As a member of our team, you will also receive a criminal record check and opportunities for professional growth and development.
