Job Title: Senior Counsel, Compliance/Regulatory

We are seeking an experienced in-house counsel to join our client's team in Vancouver.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Securities and Corporate law, with a willingness to take on a broader role advising the company across a wide range of legal matters.

The company is a major Canadian listed firm with national and significant US operations, and this is an in-office role based in downtown Vancouver.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on Securities and Corporate law matters
  • Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement legal strategies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Securities and Corporate law
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian and US regulatory frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
