About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Integration Architect to join our team at Sportchek. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth integration of data across our systems, enhancing operational efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data integration strategies, frameworks, and architecture to facilitate efficient and reliable data movement.
  • Define and enforce data integration best practices, standards, and guidelines.
  • Conduct assessments of existing data integration processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Design and develop data integration workflows using industry-leading tools and technologies.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations during the integration process.
  • Monitor data integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Document technical specifications, guidelines, and best practices for data integration.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior members of the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data integration technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with real-time data processing frameworks and analytics tools.
  • Proactive and action-oriented, willing to work with stakeholders to isolate problems and help develop solutions.
