Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Senior Director of Finance, Operations and R&D to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our finance and corporate services. Your mission will be to drive financial performance and provide strategic insights to support decision-making across various departments by partnering with the head of Operations for AS and the PMO leaders for A&P and Mining.
The ideal candidate should have a strong strategic mindset, capable of envisioning the future landscape of autonomous solutions. They must be able to define and communicate a clear vision for the division's growth and transformation.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with Strategy.
- Support the bi-annual MTFP strategy process.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and guidance on business strategies.
- Conduct risk assessment and management activities, identifying potential financial risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Build a cash conversion and recurring revenue culture.
- Support the annual forecasting process by providing inputs, assumptions, and scenarios to the commercial teams on behalf of Supply Chain Operations & R&D.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field, CPA / CA preferred, MBA or similar.
- Proven track record of leading and managing finance teams across multiple regions and cultures.
- Ability to inspire, mentor, and develop high-performing teams in a global environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are vital.
