Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide legendary service to all guests, offering assistance and recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Cashiering: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guests are of legal age.
  • Packaging and Delivery: Pack customer orders and deliver liquor products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Merchandising: Stock shelves and face products within the Liquor Department to ensure a visually appealing and well-organized store environment.
  • General Store Duties: Perform housekeeping tasks, open and close the store, and stay alert to product loss.

Requirements:

  • Age: Must be 19 years of age or older.
  • Education and Certification: Has Serve it Right certification or will obtain it.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's License.
  • Skills and Abilities: Be honest and trustworthy, results-oriented, and strive to be the best in what you do. Have retail experience in customer service, point-of-sale operation, and merchandising. Experience in the liquor industry is considered an asset.
  • Availability: Willing to work all shifts required, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical Demands: Physically able to do heavy lifting of 50 lbs, climb ladders, and kneel.
