About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled Architecture Project Lead to join our team at Ware Malcomb. As an experienced project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to completion.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budgets and financial targets.
  • Manage risks and issues proactively, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular project updates to stakeholders.


Requirements:



  • 7+ years of experience in architecture project management, preferably in commercial or industrial sectors.
  • OAA License and strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
  • Diverse commercial experience, including office, healthcare, and retail project management.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and Newforma.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Estimated Salary Range:


$90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
