Senior Design Assurance Engineer

Baylis Medical Technologies Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Design Assurance Engineer to join our Quality Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement design controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead risk management activities to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop quality plans and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers on quality engineering principles and design controls.
- 5+ years of experience in the medical device industry.
- 2+ years of experience with NPI processes or in a direct design assurance position.
- Experience with design controls, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficient in MS Office.
