About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sewing Machine Operator to join our team at C & M Upholstery Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating industrial sewing machines to join sections of garments or other articles into finished products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate industrial sewing machines to assemble garments or other articles
  • Ensure high-quality production by maintaining accurate stitch quality and attention to detail
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on meeting production deadlines
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to distinguish between colours and maintain attention to detail
  • Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a dusty environment
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
