About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cash Handling and Point of Sale: Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management by receiving and stocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized storage area.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with standing for extended periods.
