About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in North America. As an Internal Quality Auditor, you will be responsible for executing the global quality audit program to ensure process adherence at any manufacturing, service, or project site across the continent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive 3-year audit program that covers all operational, project, and service units.
  • Organize your audit schedule and coordinate detailed audit arrangements with operation unit managers and quality managers.
  • Provide an audit summary and deviation report at the end of each visit to local management teams.
  • Archive all audits in a document management system and track deviations.
  • Analyze results quarterly to identify structural weaknesses in business processes and share findings with Q&CI Management.


About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Master's degree with a strong technical and manufacturing background.
  • Extensive experience in quality management with formal quality qualifications.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience auditing in an international environment.
  • Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent, Quality Management, or Auditor training (ISO or other international).
