Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Research Strategist to join our team at Creative Niche. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with expertise in design research and experience working with cross-functional teams.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the experiences we create through our digital products. They will work closely with designers, product managers, and developers to identify areas that require research input, propose methodologies, conduct fieldwork, analyze data, and socialize implications.

Design Research Strategy

This role involves developing relationships with key stakeholders, prioritizing research activities, and designing approaches that address business and design objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to facilitate ideation sessions and collaborative work activities.

Research and Testing

The Digital Research Strategist will conduct research activities to evaluate prototypes, improve understanding of current context, and generate new understanding of changing user needs. They will also lead live sessions with users and internal stakeholders on high-complexity or sensitive topics.

Requirements
  • A degree in Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, Information Studies, Design, Human Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in research.
  • An understanding of design research theory and tools.
