Job Title: Security Guard Supervisor

Secure Force Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Guard Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the smooth execution of security protocols, and providing guidance and support to our security personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their safety and security.
  • Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and professionally to ensure the safety of all individuals involved.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, fostering a collaborative and cohesive work environment.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as needed.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, providing regular updates on security operations and personnel performance.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that all personnel are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing leadership and guidance to ensure the success of our security operations.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • 11-15 years of experience in a supervisory role, with a strong background in security operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, guests, and security personnel.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and provide technical advice.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and safety.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong emphasis on education and training.
Work Environment:

Our work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with a strong focus on customer service and safety. As a Security Guard Supervisor, you will be working in a team environment, collaborating with security personnel and other departments to ensure the smooth execution of security protocols.
