The Government of Canada - Western is seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to lead our organizational efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating work across regions.

Responsibilities:

* Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
* Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
* Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
* Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
* Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
* Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate necessary authority and create optimum working conditions

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 3 years to less than 5 years of experience
* Ability to work on site, with no option for remote work
