Job Title: Shipping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Supervisor to join our team at Summit Life Vacations Inc.

Job Summary:

The Shipping Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and resolving work problems. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including shipping and receiving
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a shipping or logistics environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
