Job Title: Bilingual Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Bilingual Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for making outbound telephone calls to prospective clients, handling inbound calls, and qualifying clients to book telephone meetings for our Inside Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to discuss our product solutions
  • Handle inbound calls from prospective clients to answer questions and provide information
  • Qualify clients and book telephone meetings for our Inside Sales Team
  • Present our product solutions to clients and address their needs
  • Enter client information into our system and adjust sales scripts as needed

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education
  • Progressive customer service or telesales experience
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute
  • Ability to work on weekend shifts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce
  • Experience gathering sensitive information from clients
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working with targets
