Job Summary

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Receiving and Handling team as a Back-End Operations Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and accurate product flow, maintaining inventory levels, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Receipt and Inventory Management: Receive all product deliveries, maintain inventory levels, and ensure accurate product flow to store shelves.
  • Delivery Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule deliveries and shipments, authorize unscheduled deliveries, and ensure space is available for incoming product.
  • Inventory Accuracy and Integrity: Ensure accuracy and integrity of inventory received, complete paperwork with attention to detail, and complete Return to Vendor (RTV) duties as necessary.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate with vendors, team members, and management to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Good physical condition, ability to lift and move products, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and maintain accuracy in inventory management.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
