Job Summary

The Residential Operations Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining a smooth operation throughout the residential building. This position is responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and minor maintenance of the building, as well as providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean common areas of the property, including hallways, stairs, and elevators. Perform minor maintenance repairs to ensure the building's overall condition.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Leasing and Administrative Tasks: Assist with leasing suites, preparing apartments for new residents, and performing related administrative tasks.
