Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with recent experience in Psychiatry to fill this exciting position. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert psychiatric care to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices and adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive medical records, ensuring timely and efficient communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of patient care and service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Medicine (MBBS or equivalent) with relevant postgraduate qualifications in Psychiatry.
  • Recent experience (within the last 2 years) in Psychiatry, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Junior Registrars will be considered, provided they possess the necessary skills and experience.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication and collaboration with colleagues, patients, and families.
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation and Benefits:

The salary for this position is €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate can expect a range of benefits, including:
