Parking Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Enforcement Officer to ensure parking compliance in our Ottawa facilities. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Monitor parking facilities to ensure compliance with posted guidelines and issue notices to non-compliant vehicles

· Greet guests and provide guidance on parking regulations, meters, and directions

· Provide superior customer service and represent the company with integrity and professionalism

· Respond to customer inquiries and remain courteous in all interactions

· Assist with facility maintenance and upkeep, including cleaning company vehicles

· Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently

· Report incidents and deficiencies to management and complete all required reports

· Perform cash collection for parking machines and deliver to the collections facility

Requirements:

· Ability to walk for extended periods and occasionally lift

· Valid G class driver's license and clean driver's abstract

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed
