Maintenance Technician Job Description

Sofa By Fancy Ltd is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilities Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of our facilities, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Carry out minor repairs and maintenance on heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Maintain the appearance of our grounds, including watering and tending to plants, lawns, and gardens.
  • Snow and Ice Removal: Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure the security and safety of our premises by performing regular checks and reporting any issues.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a maintenance or facilities role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
