We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Specialist to join our team in Calgary. As a key member of our Risk & Compliance department, you'll play a pivotal role in navigating the fast-paced environment and ensuring compliance with federal and provincial regulations.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining extensive knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, as well as industry standards applicable to our business.
- Assisting in the implementation, development, and review of internal compliance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory changes and business needs.
- Working closely with the Risk & Compliance and Legal teams to support privacy requirements in new contracts, third-party risk assessments, and partner compliance.
- Overseeing the execution of our privacy compliance program, including privacy impact assessments, incident management, and serving as our subject matter expert in privacy.
