The estimated salary for this position is $15-$20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
  • This role involves providing excellent floor care services to clients, including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors.
  • Dusting furniture, vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture are also key responsibilities.
  • Making beds and changing sheets, distributing clean towels and toiletries, and stocking linen closets are additional tasks.
  • Cleaning, disinfecting, and polishing kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, as well as handling lost and found items, are essential duties.
  • Assisting clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, laundering clothing and household linens, and mending clothing and linens are also required.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and clean changing rooms and showers are additional responsibilities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and working under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide basic information on facilities to clients.
  • Physically demanding role requiring regular bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and wear steel-toed safety boots and uniform.
  • Punctual, dependable, flexible, and organized individual with initiative, judgement, and reliability.
