  • Perform routine building maintenance and repairs.
  • Follow JLL safety guidelines and best practices and ensure all work is performed safely and complies with JLL industry standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and interact with clients daily to build a good working relationship.

We are seeking an experienced candidate who has at least 3 years of building operator or maintenance technician experience preferably in a commercial, industrial, or retail environment. A clean and valid driver's license is also required. Parking space for the JLL van as it remains with the operator overnight is preferred.
