CDA Landscape Services is seeking a skilled Landscaping Professional to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and appearance of our clients' outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Apply fertilizers, fungicides, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn care products to ensure optimal plant growth and health.
- Direct and manage crews to maintain the quality and appearance of our clients' lawns and gardens.
- Examine trees and shrubs to diagnose problems and diseases, and develop effective solutions to prevent their spread.
- Plan and coordinate the growth and use of plants for landscaping, ornamental purposes, and other applications.
- Plant and maintain private and public lawns and gardens, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Plant and move trees, taking into account their growth patterns and potential impact on surrounding areas.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Work setting: Various locations, including residential and commercial properties.
- Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with regular bending, crouching, and kneeling required.
- Work term: Seasonal, with regular hours of 32 hours per week.
- Work language: English.
