Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Route Planning and Execution

Plan and execute routes to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials, taking into account factors such as traffic, weather, and road conditions.

Vehicle Maintenance

Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are in good working condition, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.

Cargo Management

Ensure cargo is properly secured and loaded, and that all necessary documentation is completed and accurate.

Customer Service

Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

Will train

Certifications and Licenses

Class 3/3F/DF Licence (trailer truck, vehicles with more than 3 axles)

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role include sitting for extended periods, lifting and carrying heavy objects, and working in a fast-paced environment.

30 to 60 hours per week
