Our Customer Experience Associates are people-centric and take a proactive approach to discovering customers' needs. They process day-to-day transactions, nurture long-standing relationships, and contribute to the branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service
  • Uncover and solve customers' needs
  • Explain complicated concepts simply
  • Demonstrate success in a target-based performance environment
  • Demonstrate an eagerness to learn and determination to succeed

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service skills through work or community involvement
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Comfortable in simple sales situations
  • Strong technical skills and ability to promote digital and self-service banking options
