Lead Chemical Process Engineer at Entegris

Entegris is seeking a Lead Chemical Process Engineer to enhance their team. The successful applicant will possess a degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline, along with substantial experience in a production setting and excellent communication abilities. This position entails engaging in innovative product development initiatives, optimizing chemical processes, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to facilitate product launches
  • Create effective processes that adhere to safety and quality standards
  • Oversee project timelines and conduct safety evaluations
  • Provide operational support and resolve issues as they arise
  • Conduct process evaluations and propose enhancements
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative team member with strong interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in specialty chemical manufacturing
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and automation technologies
  • Familiarity with hazardous materials and chemical compatibility assessments
  • Understanding of Lean/Six Sigma principles
