About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Software Solution Architecture Advisor to join our team at iA Financial Group. As a key member of our IT organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions that meet our system and architectural standards.
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations for the use of new design approaches, security, and optimization of performance and service levels.
- Participate in the development of our IT processes and ensure that we meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
- Provide governance leadership for solution reviews and propose, review, and approve architecture decisions in accordance with enterprise frameworks.
- Ensure the integrity and quality of the solution from design to delivery, including in-process supervision and validation of requirements against test results.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business intelligence, information systems, computer or software engineering, mathematics, or at least 10 years of relevant experience with proven performance.
- 12 years of experience in information technology and a minimum of 3 years as an architecture professional in various projects and large organizations.
- Demonstrated leadership of multi-disciplinary teams of internal and external resources.
- Ability to handle multiple dimensions of a complex project simultaneously.
- Strong interest in innovative technologies.

Compensation
The typical hiring range for this position is from $85,000 and $110,000 annually; the base pay offered may vary depending on skills, job-related knowledge, experience, and internal equity. All permanent employees of iA are also entitled to an annual bonus.
