We are seeking an experienced Power Engineer to join our team at Queen Victoria Hospital in Revelstoke, BC.

This role includes an on-call component for tasks such as heliport inspection, building and equipment checks, and snow removal during the winter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating, repairing, and conducting preventative maintenance on steam, hot water heating boilers, and HVAC systems.
  • Monitoring and adjusting temperature control systems, pressure, and feed water levels.
  • Recording meter and gauge readings to ensure optimal distribution of steam/air heating.
  • Altering system operating parameters, schedules, and calibrating instrumentation components.
  • Lubricating, repairing, replacing, or installing equipment and parts like pumps, fans, air compressors, valves, and seals.
  • Maintaining required documentation to ensure compliance with applicable codes and regulations.
