We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate to join our client's team. As a member of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for handling a variety of commercial litigation cases, including shareholder disputes, real estate and construction issues, and copyright concerns.

This role would focus on insolvency and bankruptcy cases, requiring the successful candidate to possess strong analytical skills and knowledge of corporate restructuring.

The Requirements

  • Candidates must be called to the Ontario Bar and be in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
  • A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in focused commercial litigation is required, with insolvency and bankruptcy expertise being a significant asset.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working towards an annual billable target.
