About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Financing Leader to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Personal Banking sector, you will have the opportunity to drive growth and innovation in residential financing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influence and Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues from various business lines to develop and implement strategies that enhance client engagement and drive business growth.
  • Inspiring Leadership: Adopt a strong and inspiring leadership approach, building and aligning high-performing teams, and fostering a culture of innovation and performance.
  • Creativity and Market Opportunities: Proactively identify and capitalize on market opportunities to drive Residential Financing's transformation and evolution.
About You

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in residential financing, strategic vision, and leadership expertise. You will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least ten years of experience in residential financing, or a Master's degree in a related field and at least eight years of experience.
