About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Liberty Village Area, Toronto. As a key member of our business planning team, you will play a crucial role in developing, interpreting, and implementing complex business models and concepts for financial planning and control.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial planning models to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to increase wholesale shipments.
  • Design and deliver financial business dashboards to measure performance across all brands and divisions.
  • Analyze cost data versus budget to assess financial performance and risk.
  • Create and enforce business processes and procedures for financial reporting.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of combined experience in planning and finance.
  • Previous experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis is strongly desired.
  • 3+ years of industry experience is a strong asset.
  • Experience in demand planning, retail planning, and SAP is an advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and MS Office applications (Word, Access, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Flexible and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Demonstrate flexibility, strong commitment to meeting deadlines, and solid decision-making skills.
