About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and optimize daily operations to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff.
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality products.
  • Determine operational procedures and implement them effectively to drive business results.
Supervision and Work Environment

This is a permanent position that requires working 30 hours per week. You will be supervising a team of 11-15 people and working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

You must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who enjoys leading teams and driving business growth, we encourage you to apply.

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
