About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Child Caregiver to join our team at Navdeep Saini. As a key member of our household, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to infants and children.

Responsibilities
  • Sterilize bottles and prepare formulas for the little ones.
  • Assume full responsibility for the household when parents are not present.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens with attention to detail.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children with love and care.
  • Keep accurate records of daily activities and health information regarding the children.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home by implementing safety protocols.
  • Organize engaging activities such as games and outings for children to promote cognitive development.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals that cater to the children's dietary needs.
  • Help prepare the children for rest periods by establishing a soothing bedtime routine.
  • Supervise and care for the children, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in childcare.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with parents and children.
  • A patient and nurturing approach to provide high-quality care.
Work Environment

This is an on-site position, requiring you to work at the physical location. We do not offer remote work options.

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $35,000 - $40,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
